How we work.

Three phases, one team, no handoffs. The audit tells the truth, the work fixes the system, the run keeps it fixed.

01

The audit

We start by reading. The code: its structure, its quality, its risks, and how safely it can be changed. The infrastructure: the architecture, the security posture, the deployment path. The bills: where the hosting money goes and what it should cost instead.

The deliverable is a written finding. It names the state of the system in plain language and makes one of three recommendations: stabilise what exists, extend it, or rebuild it. Each path comes with a scope and a price. The finding is yours to keep, act on with us, or take elsewhere. It is written to be handed to another firm and still make sense.

02

The work

Fixed scope, agreed before we start. Senior engineers only, and the same people from the first day to the last. We work in your repositories from the start; every commit is yours as it lands, not at handover.

Documentation is a deliverable, not a promise. Architecture, deployment, and operations are written down as we go, so the system never again depends on what is in one person's head. That is the failure mode we get hired to fix, and we do not recreate it.

03

The run

We host it, monitor it, patch it, and keep building, for one flat monthly number. Plans start at $2,500 a month. The backlog keeps moving: retainer hours go to improvements, not just firefighting.

If we disappear

Built so you are never trapped. Not even by us.

The question every buyer should ask a firm like ours is: what if you vanish too? Our answer is structural, not sentimental. Your code lives in your repositories under your accounts. The infrastructure runs in your cloud subscription, in your name. The documentation is current, because writing it is part of the work, and it is written for whoever comes after us. Any competent team could pick up where we left off. None has needed to.

The audit is where it starts.
